When you submit a form or subscribe, I collect what you give me — name, email, business, and your message — plus basic technical data like IP and page URL for security and delivery.
To respond to you, do the work you asked for, and send updates you opted into. I do not sell your personal information. Ever.
If you subscribe, you'll get occasional updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link — one click and you're out, no hard feelings.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data anytime by emailing info@brittstclair.com.
I use trusted providers that process data on my behalf under their own safeguards — including Resend (email), Square and Gumroad (payments & product delivery), and my hosting provider. Payment details go straight to the payment processor; I never see or store your card. This site also uses cookies and analytics — Google Analytics (GA4) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to measure traffic and improve the site; you can limit these through your browser or cookie settings.
